This article is to help you complete a Quran reading in Month of Ramadan. Though we should read Quran as much times as possible but it is highly recommended to achieve this noble goal at least one time in Ramadan.
STEP 1: ESTABLISHING AN INTENTION
Our Beloved Prophet Mohammed Peace be upon him taught us that the intention is very important for an act. Allah SWT notices our good intentions and gives us reward for intentions. When you establish an intention it will be act as your commitment to Allah SWT. You’ll strive hard to achieve your commitment. Keep reacalling your intention & renew it. I will help you a lot.
STEP 2: DONT BE OVERHELMED
Don’t be overwhelmed by the number of pages or the length of some surahs. Keep your trust in Allah SWT and eliminate negative thinking that you can’t do it. Remind yourself that you are commited to Allah SWT and you’ll complete it (In sha ALLAH.)
STEP 3 PLAN A HEAD
Make a proper plan for completing Quran in Ramada, make an routine and adhere to it. Spare time from your work or rest structure a realistic plan for completing the recitation of Qur’aan within the month of Ramadan.
STEP 4 UNDERSTANDING ‘QURAN’
Try to read the Quran with Translation and know the meaning of verses you are reading. Try to read the Quran with Tafseer (detailed explaination) which will give you the idea of theme, topic, message and meaning of what you are reciting. It will also uplift your faith!
STEP 5 FIND ”QURAN” BUDDIES AND COMPLETE IN GOOD
Develop are close relation to with brothers/sisters who are known for their attachment to the ‘Qur’an’. Make them your spiritual friends and stay engaged with your Quran buddies for noble ‘Qur’an’ productivity goals. Request them to remind you to fulfil your aim and aspirations and help your in time of slacking.
STEP 6 SIEZE THE MOMENT
Don’t waste any moment which can help your achieving this spiritual goal of completing the Quran. Invest in a pocket-sized ‘Qur’an’ and make it your Best Friend this Ramadan. Seize every moment and opportunity through which you can please Allah SWT by reading and learning Quran.
STEP 7 REMAIN STEDFAST AND CONSISTENT
Consistency is the key to any success. After you map your plan stick to it and don’t be lazy. The moments of Ramadan are very precious so remind yourself of the greatness of this month and remember that you have a great opportunities in life which you may not get next year. Simply no compromise it in this month.
STEP 8 MAKE DUA’A TO ALLAH SUBHANHU WA TaA’LLA
As a Muslim we seek the help of Allah SWT in everything. It is our faith the we can achieve nothing without the assistance and guide of Allah SWT. Supplicate to Allah SWT to help you achive your goal of completing Quran in the Month of Ramadan and crown your efforts with success, insha’ALLAH.
